CHANGING YOUR PERSPECTIVES—today at 7 p.m. Dr.
Denise Parsons, Clinical Psychologist will be here to discuss
mental health issues, and depression. Everyone is invited.
JACOBSON MEMORIAL SERVICE—tomorrow at 1 p.m. there will be a memorial service for Margaret Jacobson here at the church.
PRAYER MEETING—will continue this Wednesday at 7 p.m. Come and join us as we continue praying for the Holy Spirit.
PATHFINDER INVESTITURE—this Friday at 7 p.m. the Pathfinders will have their investiture. Everyone is invited to attend.
FOOD DRIVE—Please remember our food drive for ACTS 9. There is a food basket located in the foyer for nonperishable food donations to benefit the center, or you may give a monetary donation through the tithe envelope.
Prayer and Praise
PRAYER REQUESTS—may be placed in the prayer box in the foyer. These requests will be prayed for on Wednesday by the church staff.
OUR DEEPEST SYMPATHY—two of our members have died recently. Sylvia Faye Gossard died on May 23 and Margaret Jacobson on May 30. Let’s remember these families in our prayers.
FLOWER CALENDAR—please select a date on the flower calendar posted on the bulletin board for 2018, for a special occasion, or just to honor your Lord.
STUDENT AID—forms are available in the church office for those who would like to request financial help for the following school year. Please stop by the office to pick up a form. They are due the end of June.
HOSTING—this summer, a family at Highland View Church will be hosting a group of international college students who would like to raise money for their school bills. They have experience in a variety of areas and are willing to learn new things. If you or anyone you know has projects or work that you can offer, or are needing help around the house this summer, please contact Mandy Corea at (240) 527-3095, or
PIKESVILLE SDA CHURCH—is having their homecoming on June 8-10. Everyone is invited to attend.
CHESAPEAKE CAMP MEETING—is coming soon. Our church will be closed on June 16, so we can attend the camp meeting. Pastor Roger Larsen will be conducting the early morning meetings Wednesday thru Sabbath. If you are an early person, you may want to attend.
FELLOWSHIP DINNER—this month our fellowship dinner will be on June 16 at the Chesapeake Camp Meeting.
