The Joy of the Lord is my strength.”  Nehemiah 8:10

Pray this prayer slowly.  Experience the prayer.

Let the prayer become a part of you—morning, noon and night.

When a mood of depression comes upon you, pray it all the more.

When they prayed this prayer many people have found

that the spirit of depression vanished.
